Do you see our prompts or customer data?

No. The usage reports we read contain token counts, model names, key names and dollar totals. Nothing a user typed.

Do we have to hand over an admin key?

No. Run the open-source collector on your side on a schedule, and it sends us only the report data. Your key never leaves your systems.

How are savings verified?

We compare cost per million tokens on each API key before and after a fix, then multiply by your current volume. Growth in traffic is not counted.

Can we cancel?

Any time, from Billing. On Managed, the success fee stops with the subscription.
